Kefir grain closeup

Like a small world, that it actually is - kefir grain has many cultures living on it, it changes milk that it comes in contact with into a wonderful drink that heals our bodies, look at it closer:

it is red because we used it to make water kefir drink with redcurrant (the red berries i am mentioning). Milk grains are otherwise white-yellowish.
